Camera processing
Camera frames may be analyzed temporarily to detect food bowls, water bowls, pet activity, and care events. No video archive is created by default.
Event metadata
We may store event metadata such as alert type, timestamp, camera name, device status, and user response status.
Emergency contacts
If enabled by the user, emergency contact details are used only to send escalation alerts related to pet care events.
User control
Users control connected cameras, zones, alert settings, contacts, and account data according to available product settings.
No selling personal video data
We do not sell personal video data. The service is designed around care events, not monetizing private footage.
